ONE - SERG

At the start of the recession One North East, Jobcentre Plus, the Skills Funding Agency, Business Link, Government Office and ANEC came together to establish the Skills and Employment Response Group (SERG). SERG however, had a problem in that timely transparent communication between all agencies of offerings often meant overlapping support. 

What we did

Designed a web based application to allow all agencies to not only see what other agencies were already offering but additionally identify gaps through reports  where none of the agencies were serving a specific target group.
