All monthly maintenance plans are individual to requirements and provide a specified number of hours that can be used at any time for a range of tasks.

Purchasing a maintenance plan up-front provides you with a greater number of hours at a cheaper rate than normal rates. All hours are logged in our time tracking application providing full visibility and knowledge of how many hours are remaining in the yearly maintenance contract. Any unused hours from a particular year are automatically rolled over to the next years contract; whilst additional hours may be purchased if necessary.
